INOVAX celebrates 26 years innovating Brazilian telecommunications

Overcoming is the watchword. And in the midst of turbulent crises, INOVAX completes 26 years of conquests this August. In a period when several companies are avoiding the Brazilian economic and political crisis, INOVAX continues to innovate and stand out in the market.

INOVAX Engenharia de Sistemas Ltda was founded on August 9, 1989 by visionary engineers motivated to form a new Brazilian company of electronic engineering and telecommunications. The occasion marks 26 years of technological development, innovation in telecommunications and partnerships with leading companies in their segments, operating in an increasingly dynamic sector.

The company operates in the development of high-tech communication products, in the activity of systems integration and in the provision of specialized consulting services, project management, logistics, implementation, maintenance, support and operation of the products and projects provided.

Headquartered in the two main capitals of Brazil, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, INOVAX today also has an office in Vitória (ES), Rio Bonito (RJ) and a Development and Innovation Research Center (CPDIx) in the UFRJ Technological Park.

The company has a team that shares the same mission as the company. In all offices, each employee acts with freedom, initiative and individuality, but converging to the same point.

João Carlos Ribeiro, CTO of INOVAX, responsible for CPDIx located in the Technological Park, highlighted the individual importance of each employee for the company's growth. “We have been able to navigate well in a busy ocean thanks to the enthusiasm we have in what we do. The team we have is tenacious and competent and makes a difference in the context of our activities. We live in an interconnected reality in which everyone is responsible for everything we have ”he said.

Divaldo Leal, CFO of INOVAX, leads the team based in the Rio de Janeiro office and credits the success of INOVAX to the work of each member of the company. “In these 26 years, INOVAX has gone through several economically and politically decisive moments for the country. And this has been a well-trodden road, well traced, where everyone does an important job, helping the company to make a difference even in the most difficult times for the country, ”he said.

The COO Manoel Rodrigues leads the team from the São Paulo office formed by trained professionals with an innovative vision in line with the company's vision. The team was together at a celebratory lunch on August 10, also held simultaneously in the Center of Rio and in the Technological Park (photos below).

The company enters its 26th year of existence with great recent success stories, such as the implementation of Container Data Center at the State Department of Education, Culture and Sport (SEDUCE) of Goiás, a connectivity solution at Companhia Petroquímica do China (Sinopec) , systems integration at the Federal Data Processing Service (SERPRO) and at COPEL, as well as NeoPath financial operations tables at CAIXA.

INOVAX also launched the website for its main product, NeoPath, the financial operations desk (www.neopath.com.br). The solution developed by the company is innovative and unique in the national market.
