Goiás Secretariat inaugurates Huawei / INOVAX Data Center container

THE Goiás State Department of Education, Culture and Sport (Seduce)inaugurated last Saturday night, March 21, the new Container Data Center gives Huawei provided and deployed by INOVAX. The ceremony was held after the migration was successfully completed. On Friday (03/20) the Director of Operations at INOVAX Manoel Rodrigues and the Chief Technology Officer João Carlos Ribeiro they were at the site to formalize the completion of the migration, which ended a day and a half ahead of schedule.

The new Container Data Center system will modernize and provide essential improvements to the provision of services, ensuring more security and development for Seduce. In all, there will be 1157 schools linked to the new system, 40 sub-secretariats, 27 technology centers and approximately 39 thousand users, which includes teachers, principals, under-secretaries, technicians and all the Secretariat's management.

Seduce's Secretary Raquel Teixeira congratulated the technical team for the beautiful work, remembering that the new container is a step without size for the modernization of the Secretariat. She thanked the group, the State Government and the companies Oi, Embratel, INOVAX and Celg for their efforts to carry out the project.

Considered one of the most modern in the world, the new container has autonomy to operate for more than nine hours without electricity. “It is a milestone in the history of education in Goiás and a dream that we have realized”, observed professor Raquel Teixeira. This is one of several technology projects that she intends to implement in the Secretariat with the support of Governor Marconi Perillo.

INOVAX was responsible for the implementation and critically analyzed all risks and impacts arising from migration, ensuring total information security and excellence in service delivery. INOVAX technicians carry out the assisted operation until the end of March.
