INOVAX's Director of Technology, João Carlos Ribeiro, gave an interview to the blog of the Business Incubator Coppe-UFRJ, in which he shared a little of his experience as an entrepreneur.

Co-founder of Inovax and currently CTO (chief technology officer or chief technical officer) at the company's Research, Development and Innovation Center at the UFRJ Technology Park.

Why do you innovate?

To exist and expand.

Why did you decide to undertake?

I wanted to develop products in the technological area, but I didn't want to be an emigrant.

Where do you intend to be in 2020?

Defining strategies, planning sprints (regular cycles in which the process of developing a project is divided) and sailing in an unpolluted Guanabara Bay.
