19 Jun May 17, World Telecommunication Day
This Friday is celebrated World Telecommunication Day, which involves activities related to the transmission, emission or reception of information of any nature. Satellites, fiber optics, cell phones, global networks carry messages in the form of sound, images or computer data, enabling the transmission of data to several places at the same time.
The date is celebrated since 1865, when the International Telegraph Union was founded, which in the 1930s became the International Telecommunications Union (ITU). Since then, advances in this area have allowed not only ways of life, work and relationships unrelated to the condition of physical proximity, but also exchange of information at an intensity never seen before, allowing for example more efficiency in prevention and disasters.
Since 1989, INOVAX has closely followed innovations in the area of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and has developed solutions that contribute to more efficiency in real-time communication and transmission of information in corporate environments.
Currently, INOVAX continues to lead innovations in the area with the installation of the first Data Center Containers in Brazil, at Mackenzie University and construction of contingency sites and GPON technology more efficient.
